Biography:MADRAT was born in the bush of Alaska near the small fishing village, Meyers Chuck.
She graduated from High School in Ketchikan, Alaska, She studied in College, Hawaii Pacific University from 1990-1992.

She has Bachelor, and Master's degree in Political Science with an emphasis on Gender Theory and International Relations from the University of Central Florida.
